This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR in CSR.No.827/2021 dated 22.11.2021 based on the petitioner complaint dated 22.11.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent Police on 22.11.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
