This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6 imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20656 of 2022 by order dated 06.09.2022 to the extent that the petitioner shall execute bond to the tune of Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner has directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood surety), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. He would also submit that petitioner is unable to mobilize the amount as ordered by this Court and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition. sp 3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood surety), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
