(CRIME NO.1062/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time to furnish sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruraipoondi as directed by this Hon'ble court by order dated 07.09.2020 made in Crl.OP.13812/2020 since the petitioner was unable to furnish sureties due Corona Pandamic the petitioner was unable to comply the conditions and to pass any further appropriate order or orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 07.09.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to furnish the sureties before the lower Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to furnish the sureties before the lower Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
