Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 27 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. The name of learned counsel for the 2nd respondent shall also be printed in the cause-list at the time of admission. The learned counsel for the appellant shall immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
