Mr.R.Sasi Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent proceedings vide Roc.No.90/2024/A1 dated 09.01.2024 and quash the same as illegal improper, incompetent, and ultra-virus and consequentially direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Village Administrative Officer, Mitta Noolahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District with all back wages.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 09.01.2024. It is the contention of the petitioner that inorder to review the suspension, the petitioner 2/4

had given representation on 24.07.2024 and such representation is pending with the respondent.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5.In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders by following the applicable Government Orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
