This petition is filed to issue suitable directions to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore to advance the hearing of the Bail Petition filed by the petitioners and others in Crl.M.P.No.4323 of 2019 in Crime No.398 of 2019 from 20.09.2019 to a date to be fixed by this Court, hear an dispose the same on merits in accordance with law.
