The petitioner/appellant herein has filed C.M.P.No.20049 of 2019, seeking for an order to substitute service of notice through publication in Dhina Boomi news paper, which is circulated in the second respondent's residential address viz., C.Maria John Varghuse, S/o N.Charles residing at No.68, Swamy Nagar, Mudichur, West Tambaram, Chennai 600 045, by RPID.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has taken steps several times to serve notice on the second respondent, but the second respondent evaded to receive the said notice. The non receipt of the said notice is purposely by the second respondent, who is evading service of said notice.

4. Therefore, this petition is ordered and the appellant is directed to effect the paper publication in Dhina Bhoomi News paper, which is widely circulated at second respondent's residential area intimating the date of hearing of the case on 18.10.2019.

5. Post the matter on 18.10.2019.
