This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record namely 1. M.Sampooranam; 2.

M.Ambika and 3. M.Haritha as the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole petitioner in the above C.R.P and array them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above C.R.P.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections to implead the petitioners in the main petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
