2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and M/s.Devadson and Sagar, learned counsel for the sole respondent. The learned counsel for the sole respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 59 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.47336 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of M/s.Devadason and Sagar, learned counsel for the sole respondent when the matter is listed for admission.
