The present application has been filed to grant leave under Section 92(1) of the CPC to institute the present suit for the sale of the Trust's immovable property and permit the plaintiff to sell the Trusts Property situated at Jeeva Nagar, Korukkupet, Chennai-21.

2. Heard M/s.B.Priyanka, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

3. Considering the fact that the 1st plaintiff's office is within the jurisdiction of this Court and also that the property, which is sought to be disposed of, is within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave as prayed for is granted.
