C.R.P.No.1364 of 2017 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, The learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Tiruvannamalai has sent a letter date 04.03.2023 seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD).No.1364/2017 on 22.02.2021.

2. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances and upon hearing counsel on either side, this Court grants extension for four months time to the Court below and complete the trial.
