The delay of 85 days in filing the petition is sought to be condoned in the present miscellaneous petition.
2. I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of this petition as well as the counter affidavit filed by the contesting respondents. I have also heard learned counsel for the petitioner and satisfied that the petitioner has made out good ground for condonation of delay. The Delay is also not inordinate and has been sufficiently explained.
3. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
4. Registry is direct to list the matter for admission and name of Mr.N.Kumar Rajan for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
