Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.546 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016 "The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 AM until further orders".

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.546 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016 "The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 AM until further orders". 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till the disposal of the petition filed before this Court on certain conditions. The 3rd condition is that "The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent/Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders". He further submitted that the petitioner is a spinster, aged about 25 years. Hence, he prays for modification of the order passed by the trial Court. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides that the petitioner is a lady, aged about 25 years, this Court is inclined to modify the condition (3) as "on receipt of summons from the respondent/Police, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry". In other aspects, the order of the lower Court shall remain unaltered.
