ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already the second respondent vide O.Mu.No.5613/2018/No.3 dated 07.04.2018, has directed the first respondent to conduct an inquiry based on the representation dated 18.03.2018 of the petitioner. But, till date, no enquiry or no action has been taken by the first respondent.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering the limited nature of prayer as Page No. 2 of 4

sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 18.03.2018 of the petitioner, after conducting a detail inquiry, after giving due notice to both parties, opportunity of personal hearing, to consider the documents submitted by both parties, on merits, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders by following the principles of natural justice, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
