ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family while the case is pending before the Civil Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioner frequently based on the complaint lodged by one Sakthivel and under the guise of investigation the respondents are harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint is pending with the respondents, the petitioner was called for enquiry and only inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition. 4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
