ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 02.08.2021 filed by the petitioner with regard to the land having an extent of 5.41 acres in R.S.No.314/1, 314/3 in Varadhampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District within the time fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner filed an appeal before the respondent as against the sub-division of the property comprised in R.S.No.314/1 and 314/3 to an extent of 5.41 acres situated at Varadhampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District and it is pending.

4. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
