O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 21.08.2024.

2.The main grievance that was expressed by the petitioner is that even though the order of transfer was passed, the petitioner was not able to join in the transferred place, since the existing driver was working. As a result, the petitioner was not provided with any work.

3.When the matter came up for hearing on 03.09.2024, this Court directed the learned Special Government Pleader to take instructions and the matter was directed to be posted for hearing today.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader based on the instructions and the proceedings dated 03.09.2024, submitted that the place to which the petitioner was transferred is now vacant and petitioner can join in the said post. 5.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to join the place to which he has been transferred, since the 2/4

post has already fallen vacant. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
