C.M.P.Nos.17695, 17698 & 17699 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.17695, 17698 & 17699 of 2022 in S.A.No.378 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.17695 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 794 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent.
2. C.M.P.No.17698 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.17699 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent viz., (i) Dhanalakshmi, W/o.Dhanasekar, Hindu aged about 48 years; (ii) Selvakumar D, S/o.Dhanasekar, Hindu, aged about 21 years; (iii) Shailaja, D/o.Dhanasekar, Hindu, aged about 19 years; All are residing at No.16, Thirukulam Street, Old Gummidipoondi Village & Post, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District; the proposed respondents 11 to 13 herein as respondents 11 to 13 in the above Second Appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 7 to 10 and 11 to 13.

5. M/s.T.Jayalakshmi, for M/s.Paul & Paul, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3, 7 to 10 and 11 to 13 submitted that she has no objection for ordering these petitions.
6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and as there is no objection on the other side, in C.M.P.Nos.17695, 17698 & 17699 of 2022 are ordered.
