and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in C.C.No.395 of 2025 in Cr.No.304 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 07.08.2025 and 25.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter is posted today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as default.
