ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.07.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother namely K.Sankar has cheated the petitioner to the tune of Rs.30,00,000/- and while the petitoner questioning the same, he abused and assaulted him and his wife. Hence, he gave a compliant against him, but the respondent police has not taken any action on it. Hence the petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that upon receiving the complaint from the petitioner dated 04.07.2022, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and the same was closed on 06.10.2022. He further submitted that the closure report has been forwarded to the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate and RCS Notice was also sent to the petitioner/complainant.

4.
