This is a revision filed against execution petition. In light of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.1450 of 2021 dated 21.09.2023, Mr.Nagu Sha, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision. Thus, the CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the CRP.SR No.28706 of 2017 stands rejected.
