ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.11.2021, passed by the second respondent, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner to provide electricity service connection. 2.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the electricity service connection has already been provided to the petitioner and hence the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs. 26.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
