ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to expedite the trial in C.C.No.697 of 2011 on day to day basis within stipulated time period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already both parties amicably settled the issues and ended in acquittal by the trial Court in C.C.No.697 of 2011.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
