This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 1st appellant Palanichamy.

CMP No.10529 of2026:

This petition has been filed to set aside abatement caused due to the death of deceased 1st appellant Palanichamy.

CMP No.10528 of 2026: This petition has been filed to bring on record the LRs of the deceased 1st appellant Palanichamy.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the respective petitions, all the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.

At request of the learned counsel for the appellant, list the second appeal on 08.06.2026 for hearing.
