On perusal of records, it appears that when this matter came up for hearing on 11.01.2018, this Court had passed the following order: "When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Official Liquidator would submit that the properties have been taken over by the secured creditors and therefore, there is no useful purpose in keeping the petition pending.
2.In such view of the matter, this company petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the learned Official Liquidator to file appropriate application if any other property other than the secured assets is unearthed subsequently."
