This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in preferring criminal appeal against the judgment dated 28.01.2025 made in Spl.SC.No.27 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 114 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
