ORDER
Though this Review Application was heard on multiple occasion, the learned counsel for the petitioners represented that the petitioners were willing to file an affidavit of undertaking seeking three months time to vacate and handover possession peacefully.
2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reported no instructions.
3. In view of the above, I do not see any merits in this Review Application and the petitioners have also not availed the opportunity provided to grant three months time to vacate and handover possession. Hence, this Review Application stands dismissed. The respondent is at liberty to proceed in manner known to law. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
