ORDER

This petition has been filed as against the C.C.No.40 of 2015 pending trial on the file of Learned XI Addl.Spl.Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. K. Srinivasan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, submitted that the trial in this case has already commenced.

3. Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all available grounds before the trial Court in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 01-06-2026 SMA
