This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 24.08.2023 made in W.P.No.25050 of 2023 .

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised several grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioner are essentially an attempt to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records, and as such, the petitioner hsa failed to present valid grounds for reviewing the order

passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merit in this Review Application to review the order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25050 of 2023.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
