Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondent.

It is informed by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that O.A. No. 22 of 2006 and O.A. No. 13 of 2008 would be taken up for simultaneous disposal by the Respondent, meaning thereby that only after recording of evidence in both cases is fully completed, the submissions of the parties would be heard thereafter and final orders in those cases would be passed. An endeavor shall be made to complete the aforesaid exercise expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
