The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2019 to grant her all the Terminal Benefits including pension by taking into account the temporary service, DCRG and commuted value of pension.

2.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was originally appointed as Child Welfare Organiser in Jayankonda Panchayat Union, Gingee on consolidated pay and her services were brought under the time scale from the year 1996. Thereafter

the petitioner was promoted as Supervisor Grade-II at Child Welfare Project Office, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District on 04.03.2014. The petitioner retired from the services of the respondents on 31.05.2018 as Social Welfare Extension Officer, Panchayat Union Office, Kunrathur. Though she retired on 31.05.2018, however, till date the respondents did not paid the terminal benefits including pension by taking into account the temporary service, DCRG, commuted value of pension. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation dated 13.07.2019 to the second respondent and however, till date the representation was not considered.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue directions to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2019.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would concede the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2019 and pass orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
