It is a dispute between the landlord and tenant. The petitioner/landlord was taken possession of the ground floor of the premises from the 3rd respondent pursuant to execution of decree passed by the X Court of Small Causes, Chennai. While so, the tenant has given a complaint as if goods worth of Rs.10 lakhs taken away by the petitioner. The 2nd respondent herein on receiving the complaint from the tenant has called the petitioner to participate in the enquiry along with documents. However, the petitioner has not appeared for enquiry. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that if the petitioner appear and produce the order copy and copy of the execution petition, the complaint will be closed.

The petitioner herein is therefore directed to appear in person to attend the enquiry and produce Court order copy to show that he has taken possession of the ground floor pursuant to the Court decree. 4.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
