The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated 'No Objection' for allowing this application filed by the applicants/ defendants 1 and 3 seeking to condone the delay of 702 days in filing the written statement. The applicants / defendants 1 and 3 has filed this application along with the written statement.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of A.No.4800 of 2021.

Accordingly, A.No.4800 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for and the written statement filed by the applicants / defendants 1 and 3 is taken on record.
