The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First to Fourth Respondents to grant patta to the Petitioner in respect of the land comprised in Survey No. 92/4, measuring an extent of 2 acres 50 cents, situate in Valayampattu Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering the representation dated 16.08.2019 made by the Petitioner.

The Fifth and Sixth Respondents have filed Counter Affidavit.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation dated 16.08.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. Aa5/3766/2019 dated 28.11.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
