Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in CBSE / RO (M) LEGAL / WP 22039 / MISC / 2022 dated 22.08.2022 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and further direct the 2nd Respondent to permit the Petitioner to appear in the Compartment Examination for mathematics examination with subject code 041.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in CBSE / RO (M) LEGAL / WP 22039 / MISC / 2022 dated 22.08.2022 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and further direct the 2nd Respondent to permit the Petitioner to appear in the Compartment Examination for mathematics examination with subject code 041.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
