ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3, to survey petitioner's land and house comprised in Old.S.No.41/16A, New S.F.No.247/9 to an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 2583 sq.ft of land and a building in a portion of the property mentioned above, situated at Kaliayamman Koil Street, Mannarkudi, Cuddalore District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to survey the subject property comprised in Old.S.No.41/16A, New S.F.No.247/9 to an extent of 2583 sq.ft., situated at Kaliayamman Koil Street, Mannarkudi, Cuddalore District, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the respondents 5 and counter parties, if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
