ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation to any other investigation agency.

2. According to the petitioner, though the investigation has been completed, the specific allegation that the defacto complainant had suffered miscarriage thrice and the treatment given in the private hospital has not been properly investigated. Therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking transfer.

3. Whereas the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation has already been completed and final report has also been filed. However, with regard to the specific allegation relating to the treatment in the private hospital, further investigation will be conducted and a necessary additional report will be filed before the Court along with the relevant materials 2/4

for framing charges for miscarriage within a period of three weeks.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), further investigation shall be completed within a period of three weeks.
