No. 27640 of 2023, Mr. S.J.Mohamed Sathik, Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents in W.P. No. 27212 of 2021, Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Third Respondent in W.P. No. 27212 of 2021 and the Respondent in W.P. No. 27640 of 2023 and Mr. P.S.Arun Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent in W.P. No. 27212 of 2021 and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Petitioners in these Writ Petitions, viz., Kathirvel in W.P. No. 27212 of 2021, and M.Gangadharan in W.P. No. 27640 of 2023, are the sons of one Mani. As these Writ Petitions relate to inter se dispute between their family members, the matter was referred to mediation and the Petitioners along with other family members, viz., Mani (father), Loganathan and Gurusamy (brothers), Amudha, Devi and Pushpalatha (sisters), had participated in it and have entered into a memorandum of settlement, which is annexed to this order and shall form part and parcel of it. It shall be obligation of the respective 3/6
parties to carry out their respective obligations and in the event of any failure, the aggrieved parties are not precluded from working out their rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. It is made clear that when any cancellation of document has been brought to the Sub-Registrar, Alandur, necessary entries shall be made in the relevant registers. In the result, these Writ Petitions are disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 27.03.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: (i) Issue order copy by 08.04.2024.
