(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) For reasons mentioned in the application, C.M.P.No.19815 of 2024, keeping open the rights and contentions of respondent, the delay in payment of deficit court fee is condoned.

2. The application is disposed of.

3. At this stage, Mr.Muthukumaar states that there is an application, C.M.P.No.14 of 2025, pending for condoning the delay of 56 days in filing. We would have expected the applicant's advocate to serve that application as well, so that respondent's view could have been considered while considering this application.

4. Since it has not been done, notice be issued to respondent. Private notice is also permitted. Affidavit of service shall be affirmed not later than 17.01.2025.
