Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take steps to incorporate the petitioner's name in the computerized patta and chitta with respect to the land in S.F.No.195/2, Periyathirukonnam Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District measuring to an extent of 0.35.5 acres land vide patta No.238 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2018 and 01.10.2018 within a period of a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take steps to incorporate the petitioner's name in the computerized patta and chitta with respect to the land in comprised S.F.No.195/2, Periyathirukonnam Village, Ariyalur Taluk and District ad-measuring an extent of 0.35.5 acres land, vide patta No.238 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 17.09.2018 and 01.10.2018 within a period of a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. After a period of three years, the representations dated 17.09.2018 and 01.10.2018 made by the petitioner, may not be available with the office of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
