These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed respondents 5 to 7 herein as legal representatives of deceased respondents 1 and 2 in the above appeals respectively.

2. Mr.M.Mohideen Pitchai, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeals, the 1st respondent died on 01.03.2017 and the 2nd respondent died on 12.04.2017. He would also submit that the name of 5th and 6th respondents are wrongly mentioned as Mr.Solomon Gandhi and Mrs.Reji instead of mentioning as Mr.S.Gandhi and Mrs.Annie Regina in the above petitions. Accordingly, he has filed the above petitions to bring their legal heirs on record in the above appeals and also prayed to amend the name of 5th and 6th respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st and 2nd respondents are impleaded as respondents 5 to 7 in the above Second Appeals respectively. Registry is directed to amend the name of 5th and 6th respondents and also carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and post the matter on 25.07.2023.
