The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 506(1) of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of The Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in Crime No. Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and closed in CSR No.140 of 2022.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
