This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.49 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.49 of 2015 has been transferred from the file of Kandachipuram Police Station to the file of District Crime Branch, Villupuram and that, investigation is in progress. The police are in need of three cheques, for which, the de facto complainant by letter dated 08.07.2016 has stated that those cheques are with her lawyers in Chennai.

4. Under such circumstances, the de facto complainant is directed to co-operate with the investigation and the District Crime Branch, Villupuram is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
