For Petitioner : Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Government Advocate Order Heard Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission and considering the nature of relief to be granted herein, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2. This Petition is filed praying for an issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 within a reasonable time.

3. Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.06.2025 of Appeal to the 2/5

first respondent, requesting him to take proper action to cancel the patta issued by the second respondent to some third parties and to restore the same original position and on 05.05.2025, the first respondent also sent a communication to the second respondent for his statement of enquiry, thereafter, no orders have been passed on the representation, hence, the petitioner came forward to file this Writ Petition. 4.

Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, enquiry would be completed in regard to the petitioner's Representation and appropriate decision will be taken within the time as stipulated by this Court.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for, by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2025 in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of four weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. List the case before this Court on 10.11.2025, ''For Reporting Compliance of this order''
