This petition has been filed to modify and waive the condition in Para No.8(b) the petitioners shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.1 Crore (stands in the name of the petitioners or their relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, to the credit of Crime No.431 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without prejudice to their right of defence of the order dated 01.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20321 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21711 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022, the condition in Para No.8 and 8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20321 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022, imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that, Each of the petitioners is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.431 of 2022, on or before 01.11.2022. The time to surrender and execute the sureties by the petitioners, is extended till 01.11.2022. The other conditions shall remain intact.
