ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court or to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
