Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct enquiry on the Petitioners' complaint dated 08.09.2021 and 20.11.2021 and to take action against the 4th Respondent and remove her from the post of Secretary of the Managing Committee as per Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018 and remove from the post of Managing Trustee of the S.K.R. Educational Trust as per the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and further appropriate action against the 5th Respondent and order for her termination as per Section 33 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018 and disqualify from the membership of the Management Committee of the Trust in the interest of the Management of the School Committee.
