This application has been filed to relax the condition para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20249 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 the petitioners shall appear before the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, on everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court regularly on all the hearing dates fixed by the learned Judge without fail.
