This Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1/4

Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of the R.C.A.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub-Court), Thiruvannamalai. 2.

Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision petition even without notice to the respondent.

According to the petitioner, he filed a Rent Control Eviction petition on the ground of wilful default against the respondent in R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2014 on the file of Rent controller, Thiruvannamalai and the same was allowed on 27.02.2015. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent filed R.C.A.No.1 of 2022 and after service of notice to respondent, he entered appearance on 16.08.2022. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned awaiting records from the Court below. 4.

In view of the fact that the Rent Control Eviction Petition is of the year 2014, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Rent Control Appeal in RCA No.1 of 2022 within a period 2/4
