This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant / Insurance Company seeking to condone the delay of 785 days in representing the above Appeal.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner / appellant / Insurance Company pays a sum of Rs.500/- to the "Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai" on or before 04.10.2019 from today, failing which, this petition will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court and this petition is ordered accordingly.
